I approached Certax following several
I approached Certax following several letters received by HMRC which were quite convoluted and I had never been in this position before. The pandemic had affected me greatly at this time especially as I had contracted covid and thereafter suffered from symptoms of long covid. The manner in which Certax dealt with my issue greatly assisted in alleviating my stress and concerns and the impact of this situation on my health. I was always advised fully and clearly of the course of action being taken at every juncture; they simplified to me the correspondence from HMRC which was difficult to follow and which I also felt quite unnerved to receive. Whenever I received correspondence from HMRC, I forwarded it to Certax who always responded immediately and courteously. Certax resolved the issue to my satisfaction and provided me with the much required support throughout. I would fully recommend Certax especially for their varied knowledge and manner as well as ease with which they dealt with my matter. I certainly feel as though they took the weight off my shoulders which is exactly what I needed for which I can’t hank them enough.

I have been a certax client for around 3 years now. I deal directly with Yunus. I will not be going anywhere else. He keeps me at ease & makes all the ‘hard parts’ easy. Yunus is always pleasant and replies to my messages straight away. Through the coronavirus pandemic I would have been so lost without this company & I cannot thank them enough! Taking the fear out of Accounting
Understanding Tax, filling in long and complicated forms and returns, answering questions you don’t understand is now not a problem. My accountant Yunus does this for me and explains in simple terms what is being asked and required. In addition I have been educated of what I am able to claim giving me the opportunity to grow my business.
